A member asked:

My glucose level is 97, chloride 109 and carbon dioxode 21. it's hard to breath sometimes. arethese signs of kidney disease?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data you provided is not relevant to kidney function. Serum creatinine and urine protein are better tests. Wish you good health!
