BP higher after w/o: Blood pressure will rise during exercise and usually takes a. While to go back down, up to an hour or two. Blood pressure that rises to hypertensive levels during exercise may indicate a predilection to hypertension, and a drop in blood pressure during exercise ( if not due to dehydration) could signify heart disease.
