Lightening creams: Can make your skin very sensitive to sunlight. Make sure if you are using them to always wear as high spf of a physical sunblock as you can. Wear a wide brimmed hat and sunglasses. Avoid going out into the sun if possible on treatment days. You might need to spread your treatments apart to let your skin have more time to heal. That will help with redness. Skin ceuticals redness neutralizer great!

Perspective: I imagine that you are spending a fair amount of time thinking about this. Get some more perspective from others - talk to friends or other trusted people. Put it in a bigger picture - what are your positive qualities? Focusing on things you don't like about yourself tends to be self confirming - you are unhappy with yourself, others respond not to your skinny face but rather to your unhappiness.

A 29-year-old member asked:
Will my head / face grow if they are small and i'm only 18?

Growth: Most growth is usually done by 18 if you're a female. Males will still grow a little more; however the majority of growth is done. A simple test to see if any growth is left is to take a hand wrist x-ray. This can then be coorelated to the head and face all based in growth research studies. Consult with an orthodontist and ask for a hand wrist x-ray.

??: That is a very wide ranging question. Clearly it depends on what you mean by "serious trauma". If serious enough --> death. Other results can be bleeding, blindness, loss of airway, PAIN, deformity, broken bones. Not sure what exactly you were asking

Red face: Your face has many blood vessels -- and many are close to the surface of your skin. This can increase as you age. They are very responsive to emotion like embarrassment, anger, etc. Because of your mind-body connection. Also some people have a condition called rosacea -- you get red face w/spicy foods, heat, alcohol, etc.
