Yes: Tylenol (acetaminophen) with Codeine should not upset the ulcerative colitis and should be safe even if you are diabetic. You do need to avoid non-steroidal drugs like motrin, aleve, naprosyn due to the ulcerative colitis. Discuss this with your doctor.

Dental appointment.: Ulcerative colitis does not mix well with pain killers or most antibiotics. The very best thing to do is see the dentist quickly and have the toothache diagnosed as to what is causing it and then treat the cause.
