I was told when i had chemo and a bmt for cmml at age ten ( yes cmml) id become sterile what's the likely hood of this as i'm having irregular periods?

May not be so: Hi tiffany, there is a risk of infertility with chemotherapy but that risk increases if you get chemo when you are older. You may not be infertile. Please use contraception if you do not want to get pregnant. If you want to have a child my recommendation is to just try naturally first before having any invasive testing.

Need to get checked: Some people may not become sterile. People have had normal pregnancies after transplant too published in literature. Get a hormonal evaluation done to determine for sure
