See doctor today: You may have pid (pelvic inflammatory disease), an infectious process that can be very serious. Any time you combine fever with bilateral sharp pelvic pain, you need to be urgently evaluated. If your primary care doctor or OB can't get you in today, you should find an urgent care center that can do pelvic exams or go to er if none of those are available. Get evaluated before you end up in hospital.
