Ovulation: Its sounds like you may have ovulated. Ovulation is typically asymptomatic. On occasionally the follicle that released your egg may bleed. This bleeding can cause achy or crampy pain on the side that ovulated. If you pain persists have your gyn perform an ultrasound to look at your ovary. If the pain becomes sharp and continous then seek immediate medical attention.
