Could b appendicitis: Appendicitis is a possible explaination of your symptoms. If your right lower abdominal/pelvic pain is still present and you are still feeling poorly pleae go to a local emergency room, minor emergency room or your doctor's walk in clinic. Good luck. The risk of delaying your diagnosis is that the appendix can rupture.
