Ovarian Cyst/Fibroid: You should see you gynecologist who will order an ultrasound for your pelvic mass. You could have an ovarian cyst, or fibroid uterus, even pregnancy needs to be ruled out. Get a blood test CBC, BHCG and tumor markers if indicated. Ca-125 if the mass is a ovarian cyst. ROMA or OVA are alternative tests for ovarian tumors. If you have a fibroid, get an MRI.
