Tough to say: I assume you reguarly test your blood sugar with finger sticks? If your finger is red and throbbing it is possible you have an infection. Sometimes infections resolve on their own but you should speak with a doctor as soon as possible for a proper evaluation. If you have fever or severe pain, see a doc tonight!
