i work from 12 pm - 6 am what hours should i be sleeping in order to have a healthy sleep cycle? (please only post answers that are on topic) thanks

Sleep cycle: If you sleep the same hours daily then the sleep cycle will be normal. If you do shift work there may be some disruptions to the cycle but this is temporary. Get 7-8 hours per night and you'll be fine.

I agree w' Dr Kumar: However, some people cannot adjust to night shifts, most people can but some people simply can not. Try sleeping the same times every day ; see if you adjust. If not you may have to consider alternative employment schedule.
