Bring it on ; then..: If u feel panic attack coming on or if u're in situation that might bring one on, try this: let it come! actually let it happen! so if u feel one coming on tell urself "i can handle it -even though it won't feel good!" and before one comes or while it's happening 1) do slow "belly breathing"; ; 2) alternate between squeezing ; relaxing different muscle groups. U'll learn u have control over them!
