"It"???: Hi. We're not mind readers on here. What "it" are you taking 4 mg of daily, and what are you treating? We get the spironolactone (25, 50, or 100 mg, we can be sure). But the side effects of that ol' "4 mg daily" will depend on what "it" is! Good luck!
