Yes but: This is rather excessive caloric restriction. It won't be sustainable in the long run. If you want to utilize this in the short run to augment your initial weight loss, that's not too unreasonable, but after that you'll need to consider a caloric range that's more sustainable in the long run(of your weight loss period), like in the 1500-1800 kcal/day range.
