Eat, move: Eating at least 3 balanced meals per day containing about 55 percent complex carbs, 30 percent good fats (olive oil) and 15 percent lean protein, along with portion control and regular aerobic exercise will help you lose weight without torturing yourself. Avoid simple sugars and bad fats( solid at room temperature)
