Who told you that: you are bipolar? By all means tell a mental health professional about your concerns so you can be treated properly. Secrets will make things worse and you may have some other issue. Peace and good health.

Agree with Dr Seif: If you are active duty in the military and entered the service with a previous diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder - it is very important that you be candid with your provider about this. Even if you are the dependent of active duty - giving a history that is as accurate as possible is crucial to you receiving good care.
