There is no way to : Provide comprehensive info in 400 characters or less. But- take medications as directed. No changing doses on your own or skipping doses. No alcohol or other substances of abuse. Consistently get adequate sleep - no all nighters. Go to bed the same time each night. Wake the same time each am. Avoid excessive stress. Avoid tobacco ; caffeine. Find a good therapist ; a good psychiatrist.
