Can you tell me how to know if i'm bipolar. advise please?

Go for a psyciatric: Evaluation. They will take a full history and diagnose your condition. If they believe you have mani depression, they will suggest the proper medication and see how it impacts on you. They will know if the diagnosis is correct and suggest what other therapy to consider.
