See your primary : physician for physical & neurological exams & a review of all the medications you take. Your parasomnia , a disruptive sleep disorder, may be REM Behavior Disorder, which can be managed with medications. For your safety & your family's need for consolidated sleep, have an overnight sleep study to diagnose which parasomnia you have & if you have co-existing sleep apnea.
