I am informed how long the ureters are, but my question is how wide are they (or in diameter)?

Dr. James Lin answered

Here are some ...: Ureteral length in adults is about 22-26 cm; its diameter is about 0-4 mm depending upon its phase of peristalsis which is related with the pace of urine production and transportation. These figures are the approximate under its normal condition.
