You enjoy it: That could be a simple answer. It could be a sign of obsessive. Behavior as well. Do feel happy/ satisfied/ relaxed after a session?? If not there may be other reasons for your behavior. Have you tried other activities like tai Chi, meditation? Are ther other secondary benefits you perceive from yoga?? Companionship, sense of community?? These all may be factors.
