Having a baby: Do not be afraid to have a baby. Remember------people have been having babies for thousands of years, and if they can do it you can also. Babies are great!

No/need help yes: Phobias are fears about some issue that may not bother others and may have some danger in fact.If you have a fear of pregnancy & otherwise never want one, let it be.If you recognize it is interfering with your enjoyment of life, you can find a therapist & explore the origin of your fear.If you develop some coping tools or become aware of an emotional trigger, you may defeat it & be happier
