Do hpt first: If you're sexually active, not using contraception, ur being foolish. So, do the test, if neg, great. If positive, see ur gyn. While there is a maternal mortality rate, it's very low, chances you won't die. I don't know why you're so worried. If you truely don't want to be pregnant, either don't have sex, or use contraception. Seriously, do a test, then you'll know what to worry about. Good Luck

First things first: Perform a home pregnancy test. If negative, no worries. If positive, visit an OB/GYN for an evaluation. That Dr can provide you with proper prenatal care or advice.
