A member asked:

Is it okay to do squats and lunges after childbirth (i had a baby 3 weeks ago)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: I would advise that you wait 6 wks before doing squata and lunges since these put stress on the pelvic floor that recently had stress when you pushed your new baby through the" transom".
