Childbirth is a: Natural process that people in underdeveloped countries go through with no assistance whatsoever. Women's bodies were built to be capable of giving birth. In some societies they do not even have words for labor pain. Consider speaking with a therapist about your fears so that you can have the amazing experience of giving birth to a child.

Fear of childbirth: is pretty common. The question I would ask you is - are your fears reasonable or irrational?If this is preventing you from moving forward with life goals (having a family) would start by getting educated about the issue.
