Exercise: The results that one sees from going to the gym depend on the intensity and frequency of the workout. Without knowing how often you are going and what kind of workout you are doing, it is hard to make recommendations. Also, what are your goals? In general, if people are weight training 3X a week and doing at least 20 minutes of H.I.T cardio 5 X a day they will see results within 8 weeks
