Inside or outside?: Things on the cornea are commonly felt to be on the iris since opticaly they are in the same line. Does the thing move as the pupil opens and closes? Then it would be on the iris. It could also be an opacity of the lens. You should have an ophthalmolgist look at this to see if there is any concern.
