This could be due to: A curvature of the spine called scoliosis leading to your pelvis to be uneven or you have a leg length inequality leading the pelvis to be tilted causing the spine changes. The leg length inequality can be from a variety of reasons. You should be evaluated by an Orthopaedic surgeon.
