Limb length: Limb length discrepancy may be the cause if bad enough. If one leg is more than 1 inch shorter, this results in a spinal curvature. The imbalance created can also be painful and cause arthritis over the years. Try walking around with one shoe on the shorter leg at home. See how it feels. If leg length not the problem, scoliosis may make the pelvis appear unlevel. Have a scoliosis surgeon check.
