Depends on degrees: of tilt or slant of the spine and whether the scoliosis is due to congenital issues, trauma, or simple muscle imbalance. The uneven pelvic bones are often from a leg length discrepancy and this can cause some functional scoliosis. I would recommend having legs checked for height to see if a simple shoe lift on one side could help.
