But, chemotherapy given after puberty affects puberty and secondary sexual maturation. It may delay puberty, reduce testosterone production, and reduce sperm counts. Ask an endocrinologist.

Not necessarily: A penis of 3 1/2 inches is normal pre puberty and in the early stages. Sometimes chemo affects hormone producing organs and you may need supplemental intake of testosterone. Ask your doctor to keep track of this and determine if you are maturing normally.
