I am 19 being treated for delayed puberty what are the negative effects putting androgel on my penis? (genitals are underdeveloped) possible growth?

Not correct: If your testosterone level was normal before you started androgel, using this med will not help you. Androgel should be applied to the upper body, shoulders, not to the penis. Applying it on the penis will not work correctly.
