Likely from chemo: A lot of regimens for ALL include steroids in the first few weeks. Steroids can cause this kind of pain after you stop taking them. If your doctor gave you vincristine, which is commonly used in ALL also, that can cause peripheral neuropathy. Speak to your doctor.
