What do you suggest if i had my wisdom teeth pulled almost a week ago but my jaw is really stiff and it hurts if i try to open it any help on ways ti relax it andstretch it?

Musle spasm: It is not abnormal to feel stiffness in the jaw one week after the wisdom teeth surgery.The muscles go in the spasm, &you may have pain &difficulty opening the mouth. Go back to your dentist or oral surgeon to check the healing after surgery.The stiffness will eventually go awy in few days.Excercise opening &closing your mouth to your tolerence.Keep your mouth immaculately clean.
