What do you suggest if i got into a brawl and now the white of my left eye is red on part of it?

Eye hemorrhage : Sounds like you have a bruise (hemorrhage) on the white of your eye ( conjunctiva) which appears tomato ketchup red and is likely due to being poked during the brawl. If no visual changes have occurred, and minimal to absent pain is present, these can be watched conservatively. If anything otherwise, an Eye MD checkup is warranted.
