White part of eye: It isn't the white part, it's the covering of the white part called the conjunctiva. He has somehow irritated the conjunctiva causing the swelling. If there's no pus, just swelling, it usually goes away by itself. If pus presents you'll need to see an ophthalmologist.

None: Your description seems to be sub conjunctival hemorrhage. It is caused by bleeding from capillary under the conjunctiva. It resolves spontaneously in few days. Typically it is painless but can be irritating in the eye.
