Subconjunctival hem: Subconjunctival hemorrhage results from bleeding from a vessel into surface tissues of the eye. Looks terrible but is common & totally benign. Clears on its own in 10-14 days. If you experience pain or vision change then something else is going on (much less common) & you need to get help fast. Hope that helps.
