Aortic Stenosis: AS is a narrowing of the outflow tract of the heart's main pump. Such can cause the heart muscle to enlarge (groq ticker) Since there is a limited size of the arteries feeding the heart, a problem develops; heart failure. If the problem is sever an aortic valve replacement is considered. You should ask your doctor to make an assessment.
