What do you suggest if my cardiologist say i have no heart problem that is concidered a danger but the heart palpatations are scary?

Believe it: If your cardiologist has determined that you have benign palpitations, you can believe it. If you find them bothersome enough that you would be willing to take a medicine every day to minimize them (just for symptom relief, not for safety), you should tell him/her that you would prefer to receive treatment. Most people, though, once they know it's safe, prefer not to be on meds.
