Check your shoes: Make sure they are not wearing out. Most athletic shoes have a rated life of about 450-500 miles. If you have more miles on them, consider replacing them. Make sure you hydrate and are not increasing your speed or distance faster than you can handle. Consider OTC arch supports, and if these do not help, see a podiatrist for help.

No. Consider your--: Self lucky. Every one wants to get to the stage where you are. As long as you are not having any symptoms and are eating healthy, i wouldn't worry at all.
