Monitor your temperature, since allergic reactions may occur and usually are not associated with fever, while influenza and viral illnesses are associated with fever typically. One possible explanation may be that you are allergic to dust in the mattress and pillow. Wash sheets and pillow in hot water and use mattress covers.
