Depends on Ur system: A person can always have a reaction to a component of the vaccine, including a trace amount of preservative or egg protein.The vaccine itself is dead, not alive & this seasons vaccine has had less pain or reactions associated with it than last seasons.Most centers will have you wait for at least 15-30 min after the shot to see if you have the scary kind of rxn so treatment can be given.

Usually mild: Possible side effects: pain/redness/swelling at shot site, cough, fever, itching, headache, achiness, fatigue, itchy/red eyes. Egg allergies?
