i have been sick almost a week no strep, no flu throat hurts , sore , hoarse now lost my voice and seems get worse at night with a dry cough. ?

Possible flu: Please get tested with a nasal swab for influenza. You have to take Tamiflu within 48 hours of onset for it to be effective.

See PCP: It's probably viral and will probably resolve in 5-7 days, but it is always good to get checked by your pcp or walk in clinic to make sure.
