What to do if i'm on the butrans patch and was wondering if i wld get busted for taking suboxone along with the patch?

What is the point?: Why are you getting care for pain with a Buprenorphine patch and then adding to it? The amount of Buprenorphine in the patch is extremely small, relative to what is in a Suboxone tablet (2 to 8 mg). If you aren't honest with your physicians, how are they supposed to be helping you? If they do quantitative urine testing, they will see that the amount of Buprenorphine is higher than it should be.
