I need a conversion between suboxone and butrans?

Optimistic : Butrans is not indicated for the same this as suboxone. Must be on a very low dose Suboxone to try this. May not be effective. But if motivated to taper using this method, its at least worth a try, especially if have chronic pain.

Buprenorphrine: Both Suboxone and Butrans contain buprenorphrine. Butrans contains much lower level of buprenorphrine.
