Sleep: If you are 56 years old - the amount you sleep will not help you grow any taller. Our height is largely determined by genetics. However, reaching potential is depending on things like getting proper vitamins and minerals, sleeping adequately, staying physically active ect. Our body does a lot of it's healing & growing while we are sleeping.
