No, I wish there was: Height is pretty much decided by the genes you inherit from your parents. Some males grow until their late teens, but if your body looks physically mature with adult genitals and facial and body hair, you will not grow much taller. Sleep and a healthy diet are good for everyone, but will not add the height you would like. I'm sorry.

Doubt it: Expected final male height is roughly the average of both parents +2.5-3 inches.At 15 you have about 2 more years of expected growth if you entered puberty at an average time, if late maybe more. Males usually stop at 17-18.An x-ray of your wrist/hand could estimate the time you have left or might show you are done.
