I am trying to grow taller is there any sleeping position that will help with this?

No: There is no evidence that sleeping in a specific position will alter your growth pattern or ultimate height.

Not realistic: At a listed age of 23, your growth centers have closed and there is no sleeping position, exercise, diet or medication that will allow you to grow taller. Once the growth centers close they form solid bone and never re-open.

Won't happen: Your height isn't going to change. At age 23, you need to be working HARD on realistic personal goals -- career / education, and perhaps relationships. For most women in most cultures, height is indifferent, very-tall may be a liability. For sports, short is a plus for gymnastics, boating and climbing. A short course of modern psychotherapy may help greatly with body-image and mood. Best wishes.

Does a lot sleep help you grow taller?

Maybe: Human growth hormone (hgh) is particularly released during delta phase of sleep, the deepest sleep level. Yet at you sex and age, you probably have completed physical growth and increasing sleep time will not further effect growth. Remember, it is not necessarily total sleep time but more so the quality and level of delta sleep levels that may be at play.
