Maybe: Human growth hormone (hgh) is particularly released during delta phase of sleep, the deepest sleep level. Yet at you sex and age, you probably have completed physical growth and increasing sleep time will not further effect growth. Remember, it is not necessarily total sleep time but more so the quality and level of delta sleep levels that may be at play.

Likely not: Although growth hormone is released during sleep, I have not seen any studies relating increased sleep (over 8-9 hours/day) with increased height.

Not really: Adequate restful sleep during the growth period will allow someone to reach their height potential. This along with proper nutrition, exercise and good health form the basics of natural growth. You do not grow taller if you sleep more and cannot grow taller if your growth centers have closed (17-18 in males).
