Weight loss:: Can not target a specific part of the body. If part of you is over weight, lose weight. The extra fat goes away wherever it is. Work on exercise to tone muscles and help burn calories. Count calories daily, and don't follow a high protein, low carb, high fat diet. There are studies that associate high protein low carb diets with earlier onset of heart disease. See the Dean Ornish, M. D. diet.
